We are strictly a platform for human-made music. We reserve the right to remove any content that we suspect or determine to be AI-generated or that violates these terms.

IMPORTANT: You, the artist, retain 100% of all rights, ownership, and copyright to your music. RealTune does not claim any ownership over your content. Our rights are limited strictly to streaming your music on our platform as authorized by you. We do not sell, license, or distribute your music elsewhere without your explicit permission.

The materials on RealTune's website are provided "as is". RealTune makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Governing Law

Any claim relating to RealTune's website shall be governed by the laws of Hungary without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
